Wednesday, April 14, 2010 took this bloody cab today cos i was late for group meeting and all it did was make me effing more pissed and frustrated. had went into the cab hoping to have a fast smooth and comfortable journey to nus where i could also, along the way, catch some much needed sleep... but no.. I HAD TO GET INTO A CAB WITH A FREAKING DRIVER FROM CHINA WHO DOESNT KNOW HIS WAY AROUND. so as if i were some tourist who needed to go ard singapore, he brought me onto the cte, on some unfamiliar expressway and I SAW THE EXIT SIGN FOR CHANGI . i was like omgggggggggggggg. i want to go to clementi. WHY THE HELL IS HE BRINGING ME TO THE EAST!!! normal cab fare to school cost ard 10 plus bucks and by this time it was already ard 8 dollars and i still see no sign of being near school.. also, by that time, i expected to be in school already.. he was bringing me into traffic jams and unknown expressways and i was getting so frustrated.. asked him coldly in a very controlled voice (i wanted to cry and scream and shout at him by then) where he was going.. he was like 去NUS阿。。 多一下就到了。。 and i was so exasperated and i had absolutely no idea where we were.. so i just shut up and let him drive. after driving ard for a while more.. we finally reached clementi.. and the bill was 16 dollars in total.. he knew i was pissed and offered to waive $3 off the fare. like... i couldnt be bothered to talk to him and just slammed the door. RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH can i please please please get a cab driver who knows his way next time???????????? XOXO 2:18 AM |
