Wednesday, March 16, 2005 anyway i felt really sick then and the pizza was like churning in my stomach, waiting for a chance to regurgitate.out of my mouth. i was ready to puke anytime. wondered why i ate so much anyway.. what was i trying to prove exactly????... tt i could eat like a pig? anyway we were all rather apprehensive about going for this interact thing. first of all, we didnt exactly know the kind of pple who will be there. secondly, there were only four representatives from cjc and yup, it was the four of us... what if they make us play inter sch games and all the other schs had ten over representatives???????? comfirm lose one haah..... we were still standing outside the sch gate debating if we should go in or continue walking toward the mrt station when this two guys walked towards us. we all looked at each other simultaneously and yup, our worst suspicions were comfirmed, they were from aj interact club... they asked us if we were there in aj for the interact thing and of course we couldnt say no right? and so reluctantly, we followed them into ajc. we were brought into this " reading room" whatever it is, where we discovered that we were all seperated into different grps! (horrors!) anyway it was kind of funny cos everyone(well almost everyone) was speaking in chinese. feels kind of weird. after going through some of the formalities, like the intro n ice breaker games and the opening talk by the interact club vice pres, we all headed to diff locations for games. first game was this thing where u have to reach for a cup as far as possible on the standing broad jump mat. afterwhich was themummy game and guess who was chosen to be mummified... yup i was the lucky one.haha guess cos i was the smallest and they reckon tt i wont be hit by the water so easily. anyway met up with evon during the break. the rest of them( the cj pple) decide to leave after the break. was having fun hence i decided to stay. i mean since i am already there, might as well stick till the end right? aft two more games, it was the prize presentation and my grp came in second last. haha at least we were not last. went home with my new friend and her friends since i had no one else to go back with ( the cj pple all left already remember???????????)it was even weirder cos the whole conversation was in chinese.my friend was from evergreen sec. had a great time chatting with them and all.and my friend was so cute la... at the mrt station, she juz suddenly started running...we all thought t she wanted to catch the train or sth but in the end, she went up to this lady carrying a spongebob balloon(patrick) and touched the balloon. i thought she knew the lady or sth but it turned out tt she juz had this big obsession with spongebob squarepants. haha... was super amused by it all. anyway totally enjoyed myself at aj. : ) XOXO 8:01 PM |
